Our goal is to get your prescription to you when you're needing it, but we need your help to achieve that! We commonly get fully booked for shipments and are unable to accommodate last minute requests, so requesting your refill early on your third dose helps ensure you receive your medication on time. This allows us to plan your shipment around your schedule, have time to contact your doctor if a new prescription is needed, and give you one less thing to worry about!
No need to worry! UPS delays are rare. Here’s how it works: UPS picks up our orders between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM and takes them to their facility. Once your package arrives at the facility, the tracking updates in the evening, usually between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. On the morning of your delivery (typically between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM), tracking will update again with an estimated delivery timeframe.
Sometimes we prepare your order the day before it ships, but the tracking won’t update until UPS scans it on the scheduled shipping day. If it looks like there’s a delay, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!

We can only send a request for the dose you have already filled, so we ask that you contact your doctor to discuss a dose change.
Your doctor can send an e-script by selecting "Nordic Pharmacy" as the preferred pharmacy located in Poulsbo, WA. We also accept faxed prescriptions at fax number 360-697-1043.
Please note that in order to comply with FDA guidelines, we are required to have a reason for adding in the Vitamin B12 for us to dispense our compounded formulation. This can be for nausea, fatigue, metabolic support, or another clinical benefit. If you can message your doctor with this information, it will help avoid any delays in processing your prescription.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we are happy to provide a claim form upon request for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement
We do not offer auto-refills. Please contact us after your third injection to let us know the strength you need and when you'd like it filled.
Currently we only ship to addresses in Washington State, Arizona, and Oregon
